readers: Has anyone read SECRETS Of the SECRET SERVICE

I wan to soo bad but just wondering if its good? It sounds like it to me but you know how the back of a book can be great, and then not so good on the inside.

    I always use the readers reviews from amazon.com to get an idea.

    I haven't read it yet but it got great reviews in a magazine (can't remember which)
    3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later- Brady arrived. Born at 36 weeks after PUPPS and pre-e/HELLP.
    IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again
