One month since m/c.

Today totally blows. Exactly one month since my last m/c - and AF shows up. So as if being one month out wasn't bad enough, now I've got the physical reminder that I'm no longer pregnant. And she freaking SUCKS today too... I want to go home and curl up in bed because these cramps are awful.

    First AF after a m/c is rough.  Im sorry that you are feeling down and that AF is being so rough on you!  (((hugs)))

    The first is the worst but it gets better.  And you can look at AF as a sign that your body is healing and returning to normal.
