What infant carseat do you have? We have an SUV and a 2 door civic and a new car is not in the cards right now. I am sure we will mostly drive the larger car but are there any seats that won't have a passanger with their knee's to the dash?

Re: xp: for those with small cars
DH drives a honda civic we had a Graco Snugride in the middle of the backseat of his car. We had no troubles fitting it in the car. Now DS is in a convertible carseat but we had to put it behind the passenger side it fits just fine as well.
We were thinking the snugride, are any front adjustable? We orionally wanted the Snugride 32 but I guess that is too big!
speak-ez...look into the Combi, they have a seat that gets great ratings and it works well in a small car.

I just came back to eta that someone had recommended the combi to me
We will try that after we try our evenflo titan (we're taking it thur to see for future reference).
Ours is actually the graco safeseat which they replaced with the snugride 32. Same seat but different name as far as I can tell. So, we do have the one that's a bit bigger. Like I said, we'll see Thur. We're hoping it all works okay but the lady who's installing seemed to think there wouldn't be any problem.
