I could possibly wake up tomorrow, take a shiit, and weigh 3 pounds less than I did this morning. I don't get it when people say they need to lose less than 5 pounds. How would you even know if you did?
lol. I think I missed an OP, but.... I weigh myself almost every morning and I usually weigh the same/within a pound or so. So if after a while, that range went up a bit, I might want to lose 2-3 pounds by cutting out junk for a little while. It is much easier that way than waiting until it gets to be a bigger amount.

This wasn't really in reference to a specific OP, it just seems like I hear people saying that a lot, on here and IRL. I totally get having a goal weight, I just can't imagine setting out to lose a couple pounds. I weigh myself pretty much every morning too and I would say my range is about 3-4 pounds. Maybe because I'm slightly above average in weight lol.

Oh, ok. lol. Either way, I agree that it is an odd thing to say out loud to someone excdept a very close friend/relative b/c it is basically saying that you think you are at/very close a perfect weight, rather than someone saying they want to lose 10 lbs or something... so, yeah I get what you're saying!
hmm...if I gain 3lbs its pretty noticable. I'm 5'2 and 3lbs is a lot for me to gain. I'm about 7lbs over my normal weight right now and it really shows. I can't fit into the same jeans or shirts really. My friend who is 5'6" is about 20 lbs over but it looks about the same.
