Just wanted to say Thanks again. I downed a bottle of water and my cramps subsided! I just didn't realize after an internal...you got cramps! Thank again!

    Oh you're welcome!  I think they should warn all ladies that cramping and spotting is possible after internals.  We're already so nervous and then that can push us off the edge.  Glad you're already feeling better!
