I'm Back!!! : )(kind of long)

So...my apt went great! They did an internal and pap(even though I just had one that was not good, so they checked it themselves). The doctor I saw was great...very funny and made me feel SO comfortable. He does have concerns that my pregnancy with DD went so horrible and because of my weak cervix I have to see a High Risk OB along with my regular OB. They will do weekly or bi-weekly ultrasounds on my cervix to make sure it's not shortening (which I'm actually very excited about..it will keep my nerves down). He said the first sign they see of my cervix shortening or any other complications they are stitching my cervix up (cerclage). He also said that because of my bad pap smear...they will do the colposcopy, but won't do a biopsy unless ABSOLUTELY necessary! (I'm nervous about that...but I trust the doctors).

My due date changed to 4/16/2010, and i'm actually 5wks 3 days. My first ultrasound is Thursday with the high risk OB! They wanted to do it today, but he said that he wanted to not wait til next week, but atleast do it closer to 6 wks to maybe see a heartbeat! I had bloodwork done today...get results on 9/18/09, my next apt with the doctors.

I'm SO happy that they are being pro-active. He said everything feels/looks normal, I just have a lot of T's to cross and I's to dot! I can't wait to meet my LO!!!!!!!!!

Oh...and there's no way of a VBAC...he said he's not even giving me the option due to my history. (kind of sucks...but i'll take a c-section if that's what it takes)
