Cautiously joining SAL

in Pregnant after a Loss

I just got my BFP like an hour ago. I am in total shock. I'm so afraid of another mc but trying to stay positive and mellow. I'm scared to look at a due date calculator or get a ticker because I don't want to become too attached. Ugh, it sucks how jaded a mc can make you.

So anyways, I look forward to being part of this board.

    Congratulations! I was scared to put up a ticker at first too. It gets better. I wish you the best, and hope you have a H&H 9 mo!

    congratulations!  i just came to this board late last week, so i'm a newbie too - with no ticker, etc.  can't do it yet.  :)  good luck and feel well - wishing you a healthy, healthy baby!

    Congrats! And here a lovely mantra for you....... You can't jinks yourself by making a ticker or being super happy about this baby. Planning for the future will not hurt this baby. I am glad you made it here!

    Congratulations and welcome.  There are a lot of nervous people on this board, since we have all had a t least one loss and some people more.  So welcome and feel free to ask questions!
    Alyssa born 6/14/05 at 8 lbs 2oz - Ashley born 3/27/10 at 6 lbs 13oz
    We had 2 years of IF trying to conceive #2 and one loss during that time. We are currently trying for #3! had another loss the end of June

    i haven't changed my ticker either, i feel superstitious about it because last time i changed it i started to m/c that day. but hopefully after my second set of betas i will feel brave enough to get a ticker :)
