There are a lot of rules involved and I don't even remember them all!
It can't be in the top 50.
The initials can't spell anything or be an acronym for anything that may be negative.
No negative associations with the name, such as someone famous or fictional that was awful.
It has to have multiple nn possibilities.
The top choice right now is Matthew Vincent D____, however Matthew breaks one of the rules.

ETA: Sorry, I broke the nn rule with most of those, but I think Nathaniel fits.
Matthew is a great name. It is in the top 50, but it's not very common among children born today.
