No negative associations with the name, such as someone famous or fictional that was awful.
It has to have multiple nn possibilities.
The top choice right now is Matthew Vincent D____, however Matthew breaks one of the rules.

Matthew is a great name. It is in the top 50, but it's not very common among children born today.
