is that one of the cheeses that they say isn't the best??? Like bleu cheese??? I am not a cheese person but i just got a sandwich with a big hunk of it on there and was wondering if i can chow down or not...

I see no problem with it...but I also eat blue cheese dressing...

I say it's all gouda!

Gouda is fine since it is not a soft cheese.  Enjoy!

I have some bleu cheeses sometimes too. haha. WHEW, so glad i'm not the only one and SO glad i can't start chompin on this sandwich from Panera....MMMMMmmmmmmmmmm............
