Lethargic after shots?

So sorry about being a pw today....

Trig has been really lethargic since getting home from the shots, he's sleeping now but even when he was awake he was kinda limp and just staring at me... normal? Or should I be worried about him?

    Fenton is always tired and sleepy after his shots, he usually takes a good nap as a result.

    That was how DD was after her first shots, but not since then.  It is normal-- monitor his temp and give tylenol as needed.  We were late to do this for DD and her fever really shot up at one point.  Poor little guy-- hope he sleeps it off and is feeling better soon.
