Ugh, bleeding at the beach

Had a D&C on Tuesday and have little/no bleeding since.  But, went to the beach yesterday and had an awful surprise mess.  Just wanted to give a heads up to the recent losses, as the heat and some exercise can get things moving again, so be prepared.

    I had, and I've read many times as well, that it's generally quiet for a couple days, then the flow starts with vengance. head's up is right!
