I am going to revive our Check In....    I will post every Monday morning.

Please review the list to ensure that you are included and that your details are accurate.  If you are not on the list and wish to be added, please reply with your info.  If you are on the list and there is an error, please advise.

Do we want our group name to be February Lovebugs??  That is the name we are using over on 1st Tri - let me know if that is ok.....

Hey there! Thanks for taking this over. Can you just change my due date to Feb. 15. Doctor changed it about a month ago and I am measuring exactly to that now.

Yes we have gone public. I am so petite that its hard to hide. I had to tell work last week because there was too much gossip going on. When I told my boss, she said I have known for a month, you are too tiny and your waist was expanding and working with all women, most who have been pregnant, its hard to hide. So after that I went public to everyone else but close friends and family knew for awhile.

Also, can you please post the siggy for February Lovebugs?  If you can post the same version you have that would be great (I like how it's not giant).

We haven't gone public yet. It still doesn't feel real and I have think that I have been able to hide my dimishing waistline. 

We have a doc appt. today and our NT scan tomorrow. If all goes well than I will feel good about telling the world. I am so nervous about opening up about this. I like that it is our private little secret. I don't really want to suddenly become everyone else's business. Oh and I am not sure that I want to tell work.. I am horrible but I just hate it so much that I don't want to being something joyful into this awful life sucking place.

QOTD. Yeah, we went public public about a week ago. But, went public with family and close friends about a minute after we got our BFP!

We have not gone public yet - our immediate family knows and 3 very close friends - the rest will only find outl after our NT scan - today I have an appointment and will set up the date for our scan, it should be later this week or early next.  We are very nervous, as being 37 puts me in the high risk group .... we made the decision to proceed with an amnio IF the NT scan results are not favorable.  I pray it doesn't come to that though.  I have been able to get away with just baggy clothing, big shirts - my waistline is diminishing and I have definitely packed on a few pounds - but so far have gotten away with it.  No one has suspected or asked yet

Thanks so much for taking on the check-in Kristine.  It is nice to have you back from vacation!

We are very slowly going public with our news this week (14).  Most of our families know and we are starting to share with friends.  I have had a difficult time sharing the news so I have appreciated the slow pace.  I am probably going to tell my bosses at the end of this week, but I am not sure if I will go public with the rest of the school yet.  It is still quite easy to hide, so that is nice.

For the most part, we have gone public.

We had our NT scan last week and everything looked great... so we spread the news. Its nice to be out about it since I've had some pretty horrendous morning sickness, and its nice to not have to pretend I feel good when I don't now! Lol.

Its funny though because there are some people I see on a regular basis that I haven't told yet... I just haven't figured out how. People that are not good friends per se, but more than acquaintances. I don't know why, but I just can't seem to out with, "hey, i'm pregnant." I'm picturing myself with a baby belly and them being like, "um, is there something you wanted to tell us?!"

We have shared the news with the world.  Our families all know and we announced it on FB.  My mom also mentioned it to every waiter and person we encountered while on vacation in Hawaii last week, lol.  The only people who don't know are our neighbors who we socialize with from time to time.  We just never got around to telling them so I figure we'll just see how it goes as I start showing .

QOTD- Went went public with close friends and family at about 6 weeks. Posted on facebook about half way through 1st tri if you look at my actual page but most people found out when I was 13 wks.

We've gone public with our family and close friends, but outing of ourselves on FB yet - which I suppose is more "public", hasn't happened yet.  I suppose I feel comfortable doing it now, but will probably wait until I'm 15 weeks, and I have my next checkup on Sept. 1.  I think if I hadn't had two losses recently, I'd probably have outed myself now!

We have gone public with family, friends, and co-workers. It is also on my facebook. However, I have not told my students or their parents yet. Wednesday is the first day of school and I'm nervous about them knowing it so early in the year that they will not want to be in my class. I'm thinking about telling them in November.

We've gone public w/ family & friends, but I havent told work yet. My next appointment is the 24th and I will most likely tell my boss after then. It'd getting a lot more difficult to hide.

Only a handful of people know, but we're planning on starting to share the news with the rest of our family this week. Still awaiting the offiical results of our NT scan from LW, but the U/S looked great, so I'm staying positive. GL to you!
