Baby shower for my friend yesterday...

went really well.  I hosted here at my place.  For once I didn't make tonnes of extra food.  We had just the right amount.

My friend loved the hooter hider, receiving blankets and little stuffed owl toy that I made for her.  I also got her something off of her registry so I wasn't all homemade-gift-girl.

I also made those tissue paper pom poms that you see on Martha Stewart all the time.  They were pretty easy to make and looked really cute instead of balloons :-)

too bad your water didn't break... that would have been a great end to a great party.  LOL!
