OK...so by the end of every day, I'm exhausted. And I mean by around 9:00 at night. So I try to go to bed between 10 and 10:30 b/c I wake up at 6:15. You would think b/c I'm so tired, I would actually sleep all ngiht, but no. Lately, I keep waking up throughout the night or a couple hours earlier than I temp.
This morning I slept straight through until about 4:15. After 15 minutes, I felt absolutely wide awake, so I temped then and it was 97.29. I laid there and finally fell back asleep around 5:30. When my alarm went off at 6:15, I woke up and temped again. It was 97.70.
In FF, I put down the 6:15 time. Does this seem like the right temp? It just didn't seem right that it jumped up so much after only 45 minutes of sleep

I have sleep issues as well and always use the temp from my regular wake up time. The only exception is when I wake up at 4ish and am not able to fall back to sleep within a few minutes (bc I usually won't that close to wake up time).
I just mark the nights that I temp without a block of sleep as sleep deprived. My chart is kinda wacky at times, but I can still see a shift and all.
FYI if you keep having probs sleeping valerian root pills can help. I didn't want to take actual meds unless I absolutely had to. So I opted for a herbal supplement.
