Wow...what a scary night!

I was at work but around 7:45pm dh texted me and said that Kennedy threw up.  I told him no big deal I would be home in 30 mins.  He then texted back that she was trying to go to sleep.  I asked him if she hit her head and he said that she had fallen (L pushed her) and hit her head on the floor.  He was cooking dinner and didnt see it happen.  So I sped home. 

I get home to find a sleepy hot baby  (ok so shes 3, still my baby)  trying to fall asleep on the couch.  I picked her up and could tell she had a temp of around 101-102.  I was right.  101.1.  I had her sitting straight up and she was trying to dose off.  We called Dh sister (er nurse and her hubby is a paramedic) to see if they thought we should seek the ER.  They thought she was fine but should wake her every 3 hrs.  After talking dh and I still felt worried about her so he called the ER.  After about 20mins on the phone they didnt think she needed to be brought in.  They dont do anything for concussions anyways.  So we took it as she may have a mild concussion and are watching her very close.  I wont be sleeping tonight.  ER told us to bring her in if she threw up anymore or her temp went up.  Since then her temp is back to normal and no more throwing up. 

Basically we think that the excitement from the head injury and throwing up caused her to spike a slight temp.  That with everything else made her drowsy. 

She is now sleeping on the couch beside me.  When I go to bed she will be sleeping with Dh and me. 

Oh and this porves L's behavior has to change.  (I posted about it earlier)
