WWYD: stomach cramps-maybe TMI

I've had stomach cramps for 3 days and I keep feeling like I have to go to the bathroom (sorry if TMI).  Yesterday was day 2 and I thought maybe I was constipated.  So I gave myself an enema thinking that would take care of it.  Nope.  Same symptoms.  I have about a week before I am due to start and that is if my cycle stays regular.  This is my first month off of birth control TTC #2.  What else can I do?  I would hate to call a doctor about this because 1. embarrassing 2. I don't have a doctor right now.  Mine left the state so I am waiting for new insurance to kick in in Oct so I can get a better dr.  Any advice or clues as to what the problem could possible be?  This is annoying and frustrating.

I'd just give it a few more days.  It'll probably resolve itself.
