from last nite - m/c or implantation bleeding?! help!

good morning girfls,

so after my post last nite, this AM i woke up with a big gush of bright red blood.  i spoke with my OB's office this AM and they said it could be implanation bleeding.  i am 5-1/2 weeks, hcg at 4 weeks 5 days was 3243.  i am crampy and feel terrible.  anyone with any experience on this?  i am terrified.

Have you had constant bleeding since the gush or just the gush and that is it?

don't know been lying with my feet so elevated all AM

some spotting on my pad but no leaking blood

it just seems late for implantation bleeding - and the cramps.

My implantation bleeding was just slight spotting. It sucks bc only time will tell. I hope everything is ok for you, just try to relax. Good Luck.

I had enough bleeding to fill a pantiliner during 1st tri multiple times and everything is just fine. So in short, it could be nothing or it could be the start of a m/c - I would schedule an appt with your doctor to find out.
