I've been having a horrible time sleeping....uncomfortable, waking every hour to pee (even when I didn't have to), tossing and turning, etc. So the last couple of nights I've eaten directly before I went to bed...nothing big, just two or three peanut butter and crackers...and it's worked like a charm. I've still gotten up to pee 2-3 times each night, but nothing like before...and I go right back to sleep. It's the best sleep I"ve gotten in weeks.
Just passing along an idea. It might be a fluke, but if you're as desperate as I am for a good night's sleep, might be worth trying!
Re: late 3rd tri-ers
I'm with Kammy, I do ok but it's the tuening over or getting up that makes me crazy!!!
As for the heartburn take an alka seltzer Gold before bed or even when it stricks and I swear it will be gone in minutes.
Don't worry ladies we are almost there!!!
