THANK YOU so much for posting the link for the mini pies the other night! I made them today and they were delish and super cute (I made lemon meringue with store-bought pie crust and homemade filling)! Unfortunately I was in a huge rush to get out the door - I was bringing them to a friend's for dinner - and forgot to snap a picture. But I'll be making them again very soon.
