I made a shirt for DD with an iron-on.  It turned out pretty cute.  I know I have seen some at cafepress.com too.  Don't know about their shipping time though.

I just bought DS a big brother shirt from the Carters store.

They day I found out I got one at BRU. Thy also had one at Kohls, or like PP said, you could do the iron on transfer.

By the way, your son is cute.. love his sweater!

I made one with a white tee & puffy paints.  It turned out so cute. My oldest is a girl so I wrote "Big Sister" in pink & put tulips all along the bottom, also decorated the neckline & sleeves w/dots of all the colors I used.
