all eyes on the belly

I noticed today for the first time as I was walking through BJ's that almost every person I looked at who looked at me went straight from my face to my belly! One lady was even staring at me in the meat section! I don't know if she thought I had a pot roast stuffed in my shirt or what, but she couldn't take her eyes off of me! It was a tad bit odd, yet flattering. Anyone else noticing this?

lol. Actually today I got my first "odd" look. The cashier at the grocery store stared at my belly for a good 5 seconds before scanning my groceries. LOL

If a woman is obviously pregnant it's the first thing I look at.  Not sure why.  Probably jealousy!  Hoping I get to be there one day!

Haha, this exact same thing happened to me, and it freaked my friend out!  We were at TGIFriday's last week, and all four hostesses' eyes went stright to my stomach to full-out stare.  She goes "do people always stare at you like that?!"  I said, "yup!"  She thought that was rude! LOL.  I guess I'm just used to it!

Yes that's been happening to me a lot lately. I feel like they are not always the nicest stares either...they could at least give a smile after they stare sometimes!

They're not the nicest, especially on days when my engagement ring doesn't want to slip on so nice and I leave it home!

 The lady today though was like in her late 40s or 50s with her teenage kids. I just found it very odd! Like people my age it doesn't bother me but that lady just weirded me out a little bit!

It cracks me up because I'm obviously not showing yet.  But whenever parents at the play place that I own tell their children that "Miss Amy is going to have a baby" EVERY kid's eyes go to my stomach like they're looking for proof.  It's SO funny!

Yep, right now I'm noticing the "is she pregnant or fat" look on people's faces. And I guess I look pregnant because I got a lecture from this guy in panera for getting a pepsi about caffeine.

Oh no i am so guilty!  I just went to lunch at Cheesecake and I saw 2 pg ladies walk in... I have no idea what their face looked like but they both had such a cute round belly and adorable maternity clothes on!
