 Tonya Wilson with Wilson Whitaker Photography does a fantastic job.  The link above shows samples of all the types of photography they shoot.  Her and her partner, Dave, are opening a new studio space in White Bear Lake on Sept 10th.  Tonya's very accomplished with her child and maternity photography and will be advertising packages with their new studio.  They do lots on location too without charging mileage in the metro areas.  You should contact her just to see what prices she would have available.  I don't have that information but I've already informed her that she's doing my baby's pictures after her arrival this November.  I can't wait to see what she comes up with!
