What does round ligament pain feel like?

I've been having this strange pain that is just above my bladder. It is usually just brief pain but it's annoying and it makes me feel a little bit worried. It feels like someone is pulling on something and then letting go. My little one has been so active for the past week also. Is this round ligament pain? Anyone had something similar around 23 weeks?
