I was just cleaning up the kitchen and I thought I would make DH some coffee and run the dishwasher really quick.  I came back to bump and after smelling the coffee I wanted just a splash so I walked back into the kitchen and see water all over the kitchen floor!

I was so pissed because I assumed it was our dishwasher leaking since we just had the plumber out... I figured they screwed something up.  So I grab a bunch of towels and start soaking it up... then the beautiful smell of coffee hit me again!

Yep, this genious forgot to put the pot under the coffee maker so it made and distributed coffee ALL over the kitchen! Awesome!  I tell ya, I am a freaking genious!

    I am sorry but I had to laugh.  It sounds like me.  I feel like I am forgetful and I don't follow everything through right now.

    Oh no!  I'm sorry!  I often forget to put coffee in the machine and end up with brewed hot water, lol!

    LMAO. Sorry, I know the feeling. I ran the washing machine not once but TWICE with no clothes. Put in the detergent and the downy ball and closed the lid and TWICE forgot to put in clothes. at least the washer got clean......

    Oh its totally ok to laugh! I was laughing at myself and just couldnt believe I did that... now I just wish I hadn't mopped the floor last night because I just had to do it again!

    I'm sorry I had to laugh too, I have made coffee and forgot to put the water in, then I yelled at dh for breaking the coffee maker. Lol. Gotta love pg brain.

    That is definately a case of pregnancy brain! I hate to have to clean up that mess. I have done it before....and couldn't blame it on a pregnancyEmbarrassed adn I could really, really go for an iced mocha right now. darn.
