Do PG symptoms come and go?

I feel great. No m/s yet. My nipples were sore for about a week after my BFP, but it has gone away completely over the last few days. Woke up today with no soreness at all. Of course I am freaking out about it. Is this normal? I don't want to be the crazy girl who calls the doc for every little thing, but this was the only PG symptom I had.

Yes they do.  I didn't really have any symptoms until about 5 and a half weeks and then they suddenly disappeared around 8 weeks, but they came back.  Don't worry, it's totally normal!  They'll start to go away again (if you're lucky) between 11-14 weeks and that's normal too

I agree with PP.  I really had no symptoms until around 6 weeks and I never really had very sore boobs.  My symptoms would come and go from 6-9 weeks. From 10 weeks on, my symptoms lessened.  Don't stress over it!

I had a few early symptoms and they dissappeared around 5w.  Then I got a few more around 7w and those were completely gone by 9w.  I still don't have many and I'm 24w.
