DD wil lbe 2 in December, and is just outgrowig her size 5's. So, I am getting her shoes for the fall, and want to get them now beause the back to school sales are pretty good.
I got her a pair of shoes for daycare:
a pair of running shoes:
a pair of brown leather shoes,(the older style similar to this) just because they were on clearance...
I am thinking maybe a pair of dress shoes? But not sure how often she'd actually wear them...
Re: How many pairs of shoes for a 2yo girl this fall?
Fall would be sneakers in our house. She will also get a pair of high top boots like the brown ones you showed. Those will double as dress shoes for us.
In winter, she'll get a pair of snow-proof boots and then still the sneakers for the mall. That seems plenty.
When we did daycare I would have an extra pair in there but not necessary now with the nanny.
My DD will be 2 in November. So far she has tennis shoes, and some pink/gray casual shoes (like Merrill-type clogs). I'll get her some brown boots (above ankle) and black & brown dress shoes (mary jane style) because we go to church typically weekly.
DD has a pair of white tennis shoes, black mary janes, brown mary janes, brown boots, black boots, pink uggs, and a pink glittery pair of mary janes
2 pairs: a running shoe and a maryjane type shoe
In the winter I add boots and a dressy black shoe.
Tennis shoes then probably brown dress shoes and black dress shoes. She'll wear DS's snow boots from last year.
DS Tennis shoes and brown dress shoes. And new boots. I just get simple snow boots so they can can get past down kid to kid. I'm all about reusing here LOL!
