Getting Pregnant After A Natural M/C?

Did anyone get pregnant the month following their miscarriage?  I had one about two weeks ago (I was only 6 weeks along) and I didn't need a d&c or anything.  Dr. said to just wait one cyle and then I could try again.  I am just wondering if this is too soon for my body--anyone have this?

we were trying right away but I didnt ovulate the first couple cycles after the m/c. I think everyones body is different....I did however, get pregnant with our baby girl on the 3rd cycle!!

I did. ?I miscarried early and on my own so my OB told me that it would be okay to try again - that my body wouldn't do anything it couldn't handle. ?

That being said, I'd check with your doc before TTC again. ?It did work out in our favor but I never would have TTC right away if my OB wasn't okay with it.?

Yup! We are pretty much in the same boat you were...mc'd early (6 weeks), waited one cycle, got pg! GL to you!

Natural MC at 6 weeks, doctors told us there was no need to wait, we got pg again the very next cycle.  There is hope!  I'm only 8 weeks along so far this time, but everything seems to be going great so far.

My OB told me that if I miscarried naturally then  we just had to wait one cycle before TTC again.  She said if we did the D&E then we had to wait 2-3 cycles. 

I m/c'd naturally but ended up not getting my period back for months due to PCOS.  The baby stopped growing at 6 weeks 3 days.

I had a natural m/c at 9 weeks and my OB said to wait until after my period to try again. It took us three cycles to get pg again, but yes we did start trying as soon as we could.

I had a natural m/c due to a blighted ovum @ 9.5 wks.  After 4wks of bleeding, (followed by an HSG as well) I got PG the very next cycle.  We weren't trying and I certainly didn't think it would happen with all that had gone on the month before, but you just never know how things will work out.

I'm sorry you had to go through a loss as well, but hopefully better things are ahead.  GL!

I'm sorry for your loss.  I m/c'ed at 6 weeks or so and got pg after my first period came.  We waited to try until after I'd gotten my period once so we could date a pregnancy better.  I saw my doc a month after my m/c and he said it was ok if we wanted to try again and we were very lucky to get pg so soon- so have faith!  Good luck!

i mc around the same time as you....and concieved 2.5 wks later....DD is here and healthy. we did what was best for us,,,even thogh was told to wait 1 month...which we didnt.
