There you are!  Are you not sticking to your 80 hour work week?  Do I need to call the ACGME?  Don't they know call is not conducive to a pretty chart?

    I hate that whole "averaged over 4 weeks" crap. Last week was 100 and this week is only 60.  So there's my 80. The one good thing is that my program has never ever asked me to lie; I'd tell them where to go if they did.  :)

    I am soooooo tired still from last week, the weekend, this week.  I am ready for this weekend off.

    Speaking of crazy work, I admitted a 22 0/7 PPROMer on Saturday and she delivered yesterday.  Thankfully they decided not to resuscitate her; she weighed 520 grams but was deemed 22 weeks (pt had no PNC so bad dating).  Then the pt left AMA right after the baby was delivered.  I felt so so so so bad for her.
