I've been recommended to use the FP aquarium in LO's crib at night by all the mommies I know. Problem is, our convertible crib headboard piece is too wide that we can't attach the toy. We can attach it to one of the end rails, but then LO can only see it if he's lying diagonally and has his head all the way to the side.
Anyone able to find another way to safely attach it or another similar crib toy to a wide railing?
Re: Fisher Price aquarium doesn't fit
DH managed to attach it to the inside rails but it is touching the mattress. DS is able to look at and actually turn it on if he wants.
I bought ours 2 years ago, so I'm not sure yours has this feature, but the receptor for the remote (on the aquarium) has a little arrow on it. You can turn it so the arrow points the doorway or where ever you want to work the remote from. It can move 360 degrees, so you should be able to get it to work.
My DD loves her aquarium, so much so that it got taken to her big girl room and is in her big girl bed. She still turns it on at night when she wakes up. In fact we bought a different crib soother for DS because we didn't want to make her part with her beloved aquarium.
