anyone get BFP after Lap Surgery?

Just looking for some hope for next cycle. I had a lap/hysteroscopy 2 days ago and am praying that it will give me better luck next cycle. Would love to hear some success stories!

I did, on the cycle immediately following my lap surgery.  Unfortunately, it results in a miscarriage, however, we got pregant again the first cycle we were able to try again.  Did they find any endo?  My RE did and he cleaned me out so that is why it helped me.  Good luck to you, there are a lot of lap success stories on here!!

Thank you for responding Karen! That gives me hope! My RE did find endo - stage 2. I think I'm all cleaned up now!

Jenber77.  I hope she doesn't mind me responding on her behalf as I know she's often tied up with her little success story.

He had no symptoms of endo, but they did find it, remove it and she got pregnant on her next cycle.  I believe she M/Cd, but got pregnant again on the very next cycle with her son.

I did. Info is in sig. We waited one cycle to give my body a break, and got our BFP on our first femara/injectable/IUI cycle.

I had both in late January of this year.  I had no symptoms of endo, but insisted on both before starting IVF in May after several failed rounds of Clomid/TI and 4 IUIs with Follistim.  All was clear, that cycle ended up lasting about 46 days though.  The next cycle was our last, "hail mary", cycle before starting BCPs for IVF #1.  That cycle brought me where I am now...due 12/1 with our miracle boy!  GOOD LUCK!

I had a lap at the beginning of June and just got my BFP last week, on the second cycle after my lap w/ no meds. I have endo as well. Good luck to you!

I got my BFP the very next cycle after my Lap!!

I had a laparatomy (open abdominal surgery) and they removed fibroids and endo. I got pg the first cycle we ttc. I'm now almost 15 weeks pg with twins!! GL to you!!
