2nd Trimester

Eye Twitch

If it doesn't stop, I'm going to go insane. I've had it for two days now and it is making me very annoyed! The only thing that has helped is a series of deep breaths, but then they come right back. The only thing making it better is the DQ blizard I'm eating.

Re: Eye Twitch

  • Oooo, I hate those.  If the Blizzard is helping than by all means keep eating.  Eat two or 3 lol.

  • I was reading an article about eye twitches last night!!  It said they are usually caused by lack of sleep or stress.  Rarely caused by a neural disorder (if you have it for weeks on end that could be the case).

Soooo...go on vacation and get some rest!  hehehe

    Easier said than done eh?

  • I don't know if it's an OWT or not, but I've heard that it could be caused by a potassium deficiency.  ??  Maybe a banana would help?  I don't know though...

I am of the belief that Blizzards cure ALL.  Smile

The funny thing is...I've been getting more sleep than usual. My DH has been out of town and I've had no energy lately so I've been taking naps when I get home from work.

  • I have had an eye twitch off and on for over a month now.  I asked my doctor about it, and she just said it is one of the joys of pregnancy.  Good luck!!
  • I had the eye twitch a few years ago for months.  I related it to stress because it was probably the most stressful time of my life.  I was going thru a law enforcement academy and my eye twitched everyday all the time.  As soon as I got out of the academy, it stopped.  And GO BIG BLUE!!
