Totally TMI question

Sorry to ask a TMI question.  Does anyone else's pee smell bad?  Mine is still very close to clear because I'm drinking alot of water but all of a sudden yesterday and today it smells...pretty strong in fact.  I am worried this means something bad.  I'm probably being paranoid.  A week ago my fluid level was 8.2 cm.  Yesterday it was 8.0 cm.  They are checking me weekly.  I'm always looking for any signs of leaking and now I'm worried that the smell of the urine means something.  I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary.  Tell me I'm being paranoid and irrational please.

I'm sorry I don't have any information on that. It could be a bladder infection or something, but, I don't think it would hurt to call and talk to a nurse at the dr.s office. You are so close to the end, if it is something serious, you'd rather know now before it makes you sick or something! I'm sure it's nothing, but, it is worth checking IMO.

I heard fluid will smell very sweet.  So I'm not sure if that's it but it's worth calling and telling your doctor.  My pee smells strong but I'm on tons of vit B and that does it for me.

I have noticed the same thing the last week or so as well...I meant to ask the doc. this morning but forgot!
