I am going to start making night appts more often!

So the doppler worked!!! I don't know what the HR was...the machine is old and not digi...I didn't ask. But I could hear it. He came in and reminded me that he might not hear anything and would have to come back in 2 weeks if not so he could. He said if it would freak me out too much he would just wait. I told him to do it. I made DH promise to remember what he said just in case I needed a reminder later. Then I proceeded to pray my butt off while he searched. He found my HB first. Went to the left and nothing, went to the right and viola! Yay! He said it sounds perfect!

So I think since DHs bday party is Saturday night we are going to go ahead an out ourselves. As long as I don't chicken out , we will. I have a plan for it...more on that later.

 He isn't worried about my swollen feet. He said it will probably just get worse and to watch my salt intake (I don't use added salt anyway). I am prone to swelling anyway so I guess it will just be worse with the pg.

And he told me I can stop the progesterone now.! I am a little scared. He said I didn't need to ween off that I could just quit. I dunno....

Keep taking the baby aspirin of course....and since I havent had any more bleeding he is assuming the SCH is ok and no more u/s until the big on. DH and I declined the other testing as it wont make us terminate if we were to have bad results...and I will not do an amnio....

That's awesome you found the hb with the doppler!!!  And that's good they aren't concerned with the swelling.

I took 200mg Prometrium 2x a day, then I weaned to 1x a day, and I took 1 a day for 2 weeks longer than they said I had to.  It just made me feel more comfortable

That's great!!! I wouldn't worry about the progesterone. I stopped mine "cold turkey" and everything has been fine. If it would make you feel better maybe finish out the week and then stop? So glad you had a great appt

Congrats Jen! Things are going great. Yay for being able to stop the Progesterone. Wow, I can't believe the next time you have an u/s you're going to find out what you're having! That's something to look forward to. I'm so happy for you. ((big hugs))
