2nd Trimester

I'm in the mood for...

...a really good hard-core-think-I'm-going-to-pass-out-sore-for-a-week -afterwards work out.

I'm tired of these little dinky walks I'm doing. My legs just get tired before I get a really good sweat going. I just want to go jump on stair master and work my hiney off, but I won't because I'm way too paranoid about overworking myself. I just could really use a good cleansing work out right now...

  • OMG - I feel this way about a good long run.  My heart rate always gets super high when I run - so like you, I've been paranoid about overworking myself.

    It doesn't help that we just got our jogger stroller this week - I'm already dying to go run with it.  (And LO can't even use it for 6 months!!!)

  • I just want to go on an open road and do an all out sprint for as long as I can (which honestly probably wouldn't be that long, but oh, does that sound so good).
  • I agree!! I'm so sick of going on a mile walk and feeling completely worn out! I am soo ready to begin a pretty intense workout immediately after my LO is born.. (Although I have lots of motivation.. I'm getting married the beginning of next summer)!! Anyways- I hear yah.. I'm ready to work my butt off too!!
