PIP - Baby Bedding Choices ? ?

I have a pale butter yellow room that will be the nursery.

I am pretty dissatisfied with the baby bedding choices out there. I'm very picky too. I still wanted something pretty gender neutral since we aren't sure this is our only baby.

Finally, I found a cute baby bedding set - Here it is - but alas, it's discontinued. Boo to the Moo. Sad

Here are the two other choices. Smile Thoughts? Comments?

I like number one better! Our nursery is going pretty well..walls are painted, dresser, crib and rocker are up. We just need to put the blinds and valence up, chair rail and wall decor. I am getting so excited but I still have to remind myself we have 3+ months to go!!!

I'd vote for Option 1. Could you just do solid color bedding then add in other accent pieces?

I like #1 best. Have you tried checking ebay for it? I bought DS bedding on ebay for cheaper than in store. ETA: I meant for the discontinued one. sorry!

I like the discontinued one the best. Our crib bedding is Jungle Babies. It is pretty neutral and good quality.

I love #1, and strongly dislike #2.

I still don't see why you can't get the discontinued one - what's wrong with the listing from Ebay? If you like it enough, who cares if it's used? Also, if you search hard enough, I bet you can find it new

I don't like any of them. Maybe separates would be best for you. Just a crib sheet and dust ruffle instead of the set.

Of the 2, I like the first one better. But have you tried looking on Ebay for the bedding that you liked? You could probably even find it new on there.
