I have already gained 16 lbs. My rings are getting tight. Not sure why though because I have weighed more then this before and my rings were never tight. I go to OB Friday and I am pretty sure they will say something. I am only supposed to gain 20. I have gained 6 in the last month. I am just hungry all the time and M/S comes when I dont eat. I guess I should start walking or something. Is it bad to go from no activity(Been scared to move since BFP) to being active?
Any suggestions? I know I can't go back but how to I keep from gaining so much.
