So you know those old school thigh master things.. theyre a V shape and u put them between your legs and squeeze...?
Well I remembered I had one and decided that I'd try it today and if I do it daily maybe it'll work up some resistance in my legs for labor..
Obviously I havent done it in awhile.. and definitly havent since my belly got huge.
I put it between my legs trying to lean back a little since my belly hang forward.. It flies out from my legs flips in the air knocks over my soda, knocks like 3 things off the coffee table.. my cat goes running..
and yeah it was interesting.. good thing DH is away ahhaaa...
but i made it work eventually
