Success after IF

So very extremely frustrated NBR

So a couple of months ago along with my D&E I had a gallbladder removal.  since then, I'm still having pain in that area. It's not the same exact pain, but it's still there and it's why I'm up at this very moment.  I'm not sleeping at all because there is no way to get comfortable.  I told my primary care about this two weeks ago when I went in for a visit.  She cracked my back and told me the pain was caused from my ribs not being relaxed.  She said it should be all better after that and to try and hold DD differently because she sees that a lot in mothers, especially mothers who breastfed a lot. Well, that wasn't it, the pain immediately began again.  Now, it's radiating.  Nighttime is the worst for some reason.  I just want an end to this.  First it was my endo, then my gallbladder, now this.  I want to feel good so that I can be a good mother to Ella.  I feel so rundown from not sleeping and I'm SO sick of hurting 24 hours a day.  I'm kinda just venting, but am looking for experiences/ people who may know what I'm feeling.  I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow for other options.  I've already had numerous u/s's and they couldn't find anything, so I'm guessing an x-ray or CATscan is next.....

  • Have you thought about acupunture? I had pain from scar tissue,  so bad it would take my breath away. It was radiating and I thought it was my back hurting went to see a physio, who determined it was my scar tissue in my abs or lack thereof and treated me with acupunture.
  • wow.. that's awful. When they thought my gallbladder was giving out this winter I was immediately sent for a CAT scan. That's the best they can do without cutting you open. It sounds like you need one for sure. The only other thing they could do would be MRI. I don't think and x ray will get you anywhere.
  • I'm so sorry babe! I wish that relief is around the corner for you. That majorly sucks, and life in constant pain is rediculously difficult!
