Mine are random and sporatic... there has only been a few the last 2 weeks that have given me HORRIBLE back pain... other then that its a toss up for me what will happen when
I feel like I have random cramps that I think must be contractions, but none of them would I be able to time or even realize when they stop or start. It seems like I have a cramp and then a shooting more intense pain and it just all dulls off and I don't realize it.
that's pretty typical for 2 reasons 1-you've been active and moving all day so you're body is tired and 2-you're less active and more likely to notice them.
I always get BH late evening and more and more as night goes on.. I've heard it can be the same with real contractions. But then again, I've also heard the opposite, that your body will go into (real) labor in the morning after being rested..
