Hello All,
Does anyone else feel this way? I guess I'm trying not to set myself up for disappointment again & since I don't go in for an ultrasound for another 2 weeks I'm imagining that this isn't real, especially because there's absolutely no nausea yet. I feel subtle changes though...breasts are tender & I seem to be easily gaining wait, but not in the lower abdomen! I guess I'm just looking for reassurance & hearing how others in the same situation are doing.
Thanks, and I wish the best for everyone on this board!
Me: 42, DH: 43.
We are so grateful to have a 2yr old daughter, conceived naturally after 3 miscarriages & no treatments (our Dr. gave us 1 more month to try on our own before advacing to IVF, & we conceived her naturally in January 2010)!
Trying since April 2011 without sucess....MD said we were both "fine" & that if it wasn't happening, it was a chromosomal issue.
Finally started Follistim 225mcg injections with an Ovidrel trigger November 2012. Bleeding 11 days post Ovidrel on November 25th.
Starting the whole lab/Ultrasound/Follistim cycle again on November 27th...
Re: BFP, now at 5 & 1/2 weeks, but not really feeling pregnant.
Hey there,
Congrats on your pregnancy! Perhaps try posting this on Pregnant After 35...you might get some responses.
Most of us around here are still trying, though for sure there are a few ladies that are on their second and might be able to comment.

I wish you the very best! I have seen the same post on 1st tri many times, so I think it's just one of those things at that early stage.
Stick around all you like - just wanted to make sure you found some answers
Congratulations!!
Can't answer your question, but I have seen this asked a lot so I think it is normal not to be feeling much.
By the way, I live very close to you in West Rogers Park.
Yes. Enjoy not feeling like crap. I was pg once, though it didn't go term and I only had pain in my breast and some weight gain. Some people never get morning sickness and sometimes it takes several weeks for it to start.
That's so funny- exactly what I was going to write! I didn't feel anything until about week 7-8 and then---boom--- it hit like a ton of bricks- morning sickness until the day I gave birth, total exhaustion, breasts sore, etc. Enjoy not having any symptoms and don't panic- everyone is different when it starts.
