Question about spotting/cramping after internal...

I know some bleeding and cramping are normal after a dr checks your cervix, but how long does it usually last? I had my internal at 8:30 this morning and I'm still spotting.

I know with my exam/pap in the first tri mine lasted a couple days!  I have heard this with internals too!

At my last internal (around 3 in the afternoon) they said I could spot all evening and even a little the next day. Try not to worry.

I had an internal yesterday at 9am, and I am still spotting.

I had cramping and spotting all day long after my 39 week internal, I also lost my mp the following day.

Next time you go in, you should ask her to strip your membranes. She did that to me at my last appt and I really think it got things moving!
