August 2009 in 3rd Trimester

I am trying to fill out all of my FMLA/ Disability forms so I can give them to my Dr. this week and boy am I overwhelemed! I am so nervous I am going to fill something out wrong and get screwed out of $ (that we desperately will need!). To top it all off it is 97 degrees here and my feet have swelled to the size of cinder blocks ::sigh::
