so we have decided on the name Camryn ... but the middle name is still up in the air. originally, we were going to name the baby Camryn Kate, but the more i say it the more i don't like it. (it's the double 'c-k' sound that bothers me).

i dont know why, but i LOVE:

Camryn Ellette

is Ellette to strange of a middle name? i saw it in a baby book and i just like the way it sounds.

Its very different...but its not strange. I think it sounds so cute!

Although...this is also coming from me, who at 17 swore she was going to name one of her daughters Topanga Danielle! Yes...Topanga (from Boy Meets World)

I love Camryn Ellette!  I think it's perfect!  I like Ellette better as a middle name...it's not strange or anything.

It's definitely different and uncommon, but I wouldn't call it strange.  Hey, it is not a you-neek spelling and there are no excessive i's or y's, so if you love it I say go for it

Camryn is a very cute name. I have never heard of the name Ellette and I'm not quite sure how it's pronounced.. I think it sounds better than Camryn Kate though

Thanks!!! I think as long as I can convince DH to use Ellette, that's what I want hehe

he wasn't too fond of it at first, but in the baby name book, it was spelled Ellot, which is weird anyway.

I don't really like Ellette.  Maybe Camryn Elle.

But I have to tell you that I love Camryn Kate.  I think it's really, really pretty.  If we hadn't decided on a girl name already, I'd probably suggest it to DH!
