Headache Question

in 3rd Trimester
I never get headaches.  This past week everyday I have had a horrible one.  I thought maybe sinus, but it is not really at my forehead, more towards temples then radiates front to back.  Usually Tylenol will get rid of it, but today, nothing helps.  Do any of you have any home remedies to relieve the pain. or know what causes it? TIA

    Other than Tylenol I have no suggestions. However my Dr. says if a headache doesn't respond to Tylenol to call... Good luck!

    My doctor says if a headache is out of the norm for you and doesn't respond to Tylenol to call. 

    That sounds somewhat like a tension headache or one from clenching your jaw.  Try to relax can see if that helps.  I find an icepack on the my head and a hot pack on my neck will really help.
