Medela PIS replacement tubing

how did you go about getting/ordering free replacement tubing????

    I think I've read that you can call customer service and ask them where to buy it and they will send it to you for free.  Never done it though.

    I went to a specialy baby shop that carries Medela, I got new tubing and new horns.

    I actually did this last week.  Just call customer service, tell them the model and they send it out for free.  Oh and if you are borrowing one from a friend or family don't tell them that, say its yours.  They are not allowed to help you use some one elses pump.

    ?this is exactly what i was nervous about, i thought i had to come up with some elaborate story like, "my dog took a bite out of it," lol.?
