Not that I've ever thought of myself as hot or gorgeous or anything. I just don't feel "cute." I feel like a frumpy mom Any suggestions for budget-friendly ways to spruce myself up?
Hey hon!!!! You are BEAUTIFUL! I saw all of your pics on facebook and I kept thinking, 517b is so pretty!!!!!
I know what you mean though about not "feeling" pretty. I think I feel best when I'm all done up - and by that I mean shaved legs, cute outfit, hair done, make-up on, eating better and exercising, etc. Those days are few and far b/t, though!
Maybe you could take the PP's suggestion ... maybe get your hair done and buy a new top! Or a pedicure ... those are nice.
Put on jewelry even to just sit around the house. Check out the summer clearance racks for those things you wish you could have bought at the beginning of summer. Paint your nails if you don't already, that helps me. Fix a nice dinner with table cloth and all, might help you fill more formal and less frumpy mommmy. (Break out the good dishes, if you are like me they are put away for special dinners.)

Ditto the hair cut! I also got mine colored and took out the highlights and love it so much better.
I always feel good in a pair of nice jeans that fit well.
Hair cut, mani/pedi always do wonders for me!!!
Your daughter is just absolutely adorable!! Congratulations!
