Painting letters.....

So after 4-5 coats per letter, theyre finally covered!!!  took all day but now theyre drying the final coat.

Tommorrow I'll be working on the design for them.. doing a nautical theme in blue's nothing too crazy, just a swirley wave patern on the bottom and an achor on the A and a lil sailboat in the bottom corner of the K...

but any suggestions ill gladly take...

 

also anyone know what i should buy for a clear coat over them?

What kind of paint did you use?  They have clear coats for spray paint and clear coats for acrylic paint.  It will probably depend on what you use, but I'm sure anything would work.

i used acyrlic...

im sure i can find something there, but just curious if there were any recomendations for any
