And I don't blame you for thinking I'm an idiot, but I have to ask for peace of mind.
I have a problem with constipation. It so bad sometimes that I will push with all my might and have to suck it back in.
I was 4 days past IUI when this happened. I worry that because I can push a tampon out when this happens - is it possible to push an embryo out?
I know, laugh at me, that's fine. The 2ww gives me paranoia.
Re: I'm going to ask you the most stupid question
Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!
TTC #2
After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
I can't really offer any insight regarding your embie but I would DEFINITELY up your water intake (my brother, a health nut, says it's "the lubricant of life") and try to get some extra fiber in. A lot of PNV will aid in preventing constipation as well.
It's not healthy to be so backed-up... especially for a prolonged amount of time.
GL!
Thanks all! I appreciate you not flaming me to hell.
I know I need to drink more water - I'm horrible at that. I do use a perscription form of Miralax as needed, unfortunately I usually don't realize it's needed until I'm already constipated.
