UPPA baby vista stroller

If you got this stroller, are you going to be using the bassinet as a regular bassinet (not just in the stroller, but at nighttime)?  If so, what are you using to elevate the bassinet?  A random piece of furniture just doesn't seem safe to me.

I am not using it as a bassinet, but if you go to the uppa baby site you can buy a stand for it. ?

they have all sorts of accessories for the Uppa Baby. ?You can also buy an attachment to convert the uppa baby base to a Snap N Go for your car seat.?

We will not be using the bassinet as a stand alone piece either; we bought the Natures Purest bassinet for our bedroom from BRU )

Very happy with both the stroller and the bassinet!

Yeah, the stand would be ideal but its $250 bucks!  Seems it would be better to just get a pack n play instead.

yeah, honestly I would get a pack n play or a co-sleeper (which is what we have). ?They will last longer. ?I figure if the baby is asleep when I come back from a walk, I'll just let him sleep in the bassinet and leave it right on the stroller. ?

We won't be using it as a regular bassinet, the only time we'd be using it inside is if baby falls asleep on a walk and we don't want to wake him.
