We have the Madison crib and changing table/wall unit. It is great and we are very happy with it. However, when we ordered the crib it was backordered but should have come in time for the baby. It subsequently got pushed back 3 times and it did not come until Juliette was about 2 months old. It was a frustrating process to get the crib in and because of some discrepencies and *lies* they told over the phone, we had our shipping charges waived.
We ordered our nursery furniture from PB kids. We are happy with the furniture but I will never order stuff from them again. They did the exact same stuff to us as the previous poster. They shipped each item individually for example, we got the glider in one shipment, we received the glider cover in another shipment, we received the ottoman in another shipment). We ordered the furniture like 4 months before our due date and some of the items came after baby was already home. Customer service was horrible and a waste of time. It was annoying to say the least...
I don't have my baby bargains book with me, but I know they rate them poorly. I think you are largely paying for the Pottery Barn name and your money would be better spent elsewhere.

This exactly!!! I love the way their furniture looks too, but they are so pricey. I found a Munire set that I love (rated A by baby bargains) and spent less than I would have at PBK. In that price range I would recommend looking at Ragazzi & Natart as well.

Hey there! My sister has PB baby furniture, and she has not been overly thrilled with it. She has kept it for both of her girls, but she has said multiple times that it has not held up very well and she would not buy it again. Just wanted to throw that in there. Good luck!

BUT, we are thrilled with the furniture itself.
